PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES is a combination medication designed to manage and relieve symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and related conditions, such as acid reflux, heartburn, and nausea. Each tablet contains Pantoprazole 40 mg, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and Domperidone 30 mg, a dopamine antagonist that promotes gastrointestinal motility, alleviating symptoms like bloating and nausea.

Common side effects of PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES may include:

• Headache
• Dizziness
• Diarrhea or constipation
• Dry mouth
• Stomach discomfort or gas
• Fatigue

Severe side effects (rare):

• Severe allergic reactions (e.g., rash, itching, swelling)
• Unusual changes in heartbeat
• Severe abdominal pain
• Persistent diarrhea

If any of these severe side effects occur, seek medical attention immediately.

PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES are commonly prescribed for:

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
• Acid reflux and heartburn
• Nausea and vomiting associated with gastric discomfort
• Gastric motility disorders

• Pregnancy: Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant, as it may not be suitable during pregnancy.
• Breastfeeding: The drug is excreted in breast milk; consult a healthcare professional if you are breastfeeding.
• Liver Disease: Patients with liver dysfunction should use PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES cautiously, and dose adjustments may be necessary.
• Kidney Disease: If you have any kidney issues, talk to your doctor to evaluate the safety and appropriate dose.

PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULESshould not be used in the following conditions:

• Allergy or hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole, Domperidone, or any of the tablet components.
• Severe liver impairment or liver failure.
• Gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.
• Prolonged QT syndrome or heart conditions.
• Children under the age of 12 years (unless specifically prescribed by a doctor).

• Prolonged Use: Prolonged use of Pantoprazole can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency or magnesium deficiency. Regular monitoring is advised.
• Cardiac Concerns: Domperidone may affect heart rhythm and should be used cautiously in patients with pre-existing heart conditions.
• Interactions: PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES can interact with several other drugs, including anticoagulants, antifungals, and other gastrointestinal medications. Always inform your doctor about all the medications you are taking.
• Alcohol: It is recommended to avoid alcohol while using PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES as it may worsen side effects such as dizziness or nausea.

• Recommended Dose: 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning before food.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it’s almost time for your next dose. Do not take double doses to make up for a missed one.

PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULESmay interact with several other medications, including:

• Antacids: Can reduce the effectiveness of Pantoprazole if taken together.
• Blood thinners: May interact with warfarin, increasing the risk of bleeding.
• Antifungal drugs: Medications like ketoconazole may interfere with Pantoprazole’s absorption.
• CNS depressants: Domperidone may enhance the sedative effects of CNS depressants, such as benzodiazepines.
• Antibiotics: Antibiotics such as clarithromycin may interact with Pantoprazole.

• Always follow your doctor's prescription and do not self-medicate.
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
• Avoid sudden discontinuation of the medication to prevent a relapse of symptoms.
• Keep the tablets stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

• Packaging: PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES are available in strip packaging containing 10 tablets per strip.
• Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacturing.
