Side Effects

When not to use?
PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULESshould not be used in the following conditions:
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole, Domperidone, or any of the tablet components.
- Severe liver impairment or liver failure.
- Gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.
- Prolonged QT syndrome or heart conditions.
- Children under the age of 12 years (unless specifically prescribed by a doctor).
Warnings
- Prolonged Use: Prolonged use of Pantoprazole can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency or magnesium deficiency. Regular monitoring is advised.
- Cardiac Concerns: Domperidone may affect heart rhythm and should be used cautiously in patients with pre-existing heart conditions.
- Interactions: PARNZOLEIX™ - DSR CAPSULES can interact with several other drugs, including anticoagulants, antifungals, and other gastrointestinal medications. Always inform your doctor about all the medications you are taking.

Dosage

Interactions
